Customers can request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for customers to assess their purchases and initiate returns if necessary. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days.
Products purchased from any other market places like Flipkart or Amazon must be returned to the original seller only. HoopsnLoops will not accept wrong or broken products from the customer. Shipping fees is not refundable or adjustable in any of the merchandise.
Easy Return:
- Kindly complete the return Merchandise form which is located in the website and follow the instructions.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, return any freebies received with the order if applicable with the purchased order.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the product and is inspected our warehouse.
- We ensure quality product and expect quality returns. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
