Refund and Returns Policy

Any order Purchased from HoopsnLoops will be returned or exchanged within 5 days. If customer is not completely satisfied; customer can simply exchange or can take the refund of  the product.

Products purchased from any other market places like Flipkart or Amazon must be returned to the original seller only. HoopsnLoops will not accept wrong or broken products from the customer. Shipping fees is not refundable or adjustable in any of the merchandise.

Easy Return:

  • Kindly complete the return Merchandise form which is located in the website and follow the instructions.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, return any freebies received with the order if applicable with the purchased order.

Quick Exchanges:

For exchanges kindly follow the instructions in the website.

  • Kindly complete the merchandise exchange form.
  • For Non-service location customer can send the product directly to us and shipping will be credited in the customer’s account within 7 working days .

Refund Process

1.Refunds will be processed once we receive the product and is inspected our warehouse. 

  1. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed in 7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we’ll need your bank account details to process the refund directly to your account.
  2. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
